I stayed here for my daughter's graduation because all of the hotels in the area were booked. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, professionalism, and sense of urgency that the staff possessed. There was a slight issue with a room mix-up, but the supervisor dealt with it in a timely manner. The dorm rooms were clean—in fact, it was a nostalgic experience that made me feel like I was in college again! Definitely would recommend. While there were a few bumps along the way, overall everything was fantastic. The staff did everything in their power to make me feel valued and listened to.

It is zero star indeed. They gave me a room which smelled so bad I had headache all the night and in the morning. When I asked them to switch my room, they told me they will switch in a few hours but when I came back the staff were changed and when I asked for the key I was promised, they said they had no idea. After checking the the file on computer, they said they have put a fan in the room to fix the smell but the fan didn't help at all.
