I meant to write this review sooner, but time got away from me. These guys are awesome. I needed a tire mounted on a new rim for my 2013 Chevy Volt. I brought one in that I had ordered online, but it turned out to be the wrong size. Herb called me and very calmly explained ther I had brought the wrong size in, and didn’t charge me for the time or supplies of theirs that I wasted in the process. I am now waiting on the right sized rim, and will definitely be back there as soon as I have it.
Tuffy did a wheel alignment on my Buick. It was great. They were courteous and professional. I will be coming back to Tuffy next time I need auto service done.
Great services very nice
I had a great experience at Tuffy Tire. I came in with a nail in the tire and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who got to work right away. The repair was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was back on the road in no time. What really stood out was the professionalism and integrity of the team. It’s rare to find a shop that treats customers with such respect and care. Highly recommend Tuffy Tire for any tire needs!
