Very disappointed in this place, Tuffy's. My partner took her Nissan in for an oil change. 1st they talked her into full synthetic oil which she did not need...costing an extra $20-30.. Then after spending almost an hour on the change.. I assume looking over everything to find any other issues the owner Mikulenas and another guy said her battery cable terminals were corroded. He said we'll clean those for you. I asked what is cost....knowing it simply required steel brushing the one terminal. He gave some non sensical answer... read more
