I took my car to Tuffy‘s to get it looked at for its power steering. It turns out it was the pump that was no problem. The end of the bill ended up being $950. That was even OK. The problem I had with Tuffy was they kept adding stuff on First it was the pump then I need to get a new reservoir they tried to have me fix my muffler and then when I went to go pay, I tried to use a $30 off coupon from their website. They are fast efficient and friendly and if you make an appointment on line your done so fast and no surprises. I recommend them
Overpriced SCAMMERS!!! Every time I come here, they fix the problem but create another problem, they changed my alternator and in the mist of doing it they tore my hose that you have to pull back some to place the alternator back in place, didn’t fix it for free, they said they’re not the reason, I had warranty for my alternator, I came back in that year they said they can’t cover me because I had to 200 extra miles they don’t cover, I just came back for the battery I had warranty on, they said they can’t help me because the... read more
