If I could give FIVE NEGATIVE stars, I would. If you're reading this, you're likely doing your homework before choosing a service center. Let me save you the trouble: DO NOT take your vehicle to this location. My experience with this Tuffy location has been the worst I’ve ever had with any auto service center. On May 7, 2025, I brought in my 2020 Ford Edge due to a slight hesitation during acceleration. The next day, they diagnosed it as a transmission issue and filed a claim with my warranty company. Thee worse experience we have had with a car repair shop. My freshly graduated step son took his car here to get his car repaired. They first told him 400 to fix. He paid, they “fixed”, he made it down the road, on the highway! N it breaks down again. After everything, n 2 more weeks of having the car, now they say now we need a whole new motor. Quotes us one price, shook on it, n then charges him an extra $400! We will never be doing business with these shady ass “mechanics” again! Take your car here at your own risk!!!
