Professional, very good service, and good prices
When I initially dropped it off on Monday, they didnt have anyone working the front desk. A mechanic came out and he was nice and listened to my concerns. I stated this was a Carvana/Silver Rock warranty vehicle. I was told it would be 1 to 2 days and I'd get a phone call. I start calling on Wednesday. I finally get a hold of someone and they were very rude over the phone and all I could understand from them yelling was the transmission is blown, needs to get towed next door, and they didnt address the other issues but "fixe... read more
5/17/25 @ 10:55 am Came in for an oil change. Also asked for the brakes to be checked. The brakes were not checked. I also don't believe that the oil was changed. It is 7/17/25 and the oil light came on. The vehicle was 3 quarts low. Found out that they left the old o ring on and that is why the oil was spilling out. Unprofessional for sure. This location is very sleazy and underhanded. Do not utilize this facility.
