What started as a basic appointment for an oil change and tire rotation turned into not having my vehicle for 4 days due to the inept lube technician (E.P.) and ongoing damage to my car while trying to fix their mistake. The lube tech broke one of the wheel studs on my car attempting to take off the tire for a tire rotation.
