I had a great experience at Tuffy on Pennsylvania in Lansing! They did an outstanding job getting my air conditioner working again and also took care of my oil change. The manager was extremely thorough, kind, and professional, and the mechanics were knowledgeable and did excellent work. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find honest and caring service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into helping me. Highly recommend!
