Great customer service! They were very informative and got me in and out quickly. I really felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of me as the customer. That honestly surprised me, because a lot of repair shops focus more on how much money they can make—especially when you’re not very knowledgeable about cars. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism!

Great experience at Tuffy's. There was a nail causing a slow leak in my tire that I found pretty late in the afternoon this last week. After being denied help at two other tire shops, the staff at Tuffy's was incredibly helpful and even promised to stay open late until they finished the job. On top of keeping the shop open almost an extra hour after closing, they did not even charge me for the service.
