Engine fan continued running after vehicle engine was turned off due to mechanic not completing the maintenance work. This resulted in me having to return from home, back to the shop to have the issue resolved.
I’ve taken my truck over to the guys for a few different things, they are always up front with me giving me an honest opinion of what I need to do, don’t need to do, and what might be my best options. Really appreciate having stand-up people when it comes to getting car repairs done you don’t find that all the time.
I’ve been a long-time customer, but ever since the family owner sold to a corporate store, it’s just not the same. I had the worst customer service here. We called on Friday to schedule an appointment for an oil change and brake service, and were given a Tuesday slot. We dropped the car off Monday evening. By Tuesday at 5 p.m., when we called to check if it was ready, we were told the car hadn’t even been looked at.
