Nice store! The lobby area is clean. (Could use updated reading material). I didn't ask, but they should offer free wifi for "guests" if they don't. I didn't see a QR code to scan for access. The Assistant Manager, I believe his name is Doug, was very professional, and answered my questions in a friendly tone. The guys in the shop seem like normal "shop" guys. My girlfriend and I arrived there after closing time, because we had a flat tire and they totally took care of us. They provided the most professional service. They were nice courteous and really took care of us even though it was after closing time I would highly recommend them.
I came in for an alignment 10/12/25 and they told me they couldn't do it until I did brakes, shocks, ball joints, and two other front end parts. I told them brakes and shocks shouldn't affect being able to get an alignment and I took my vehicle back. I took it somewhere else and they said it did not need other front end parts right now and they did the alignment while I waited. Tuffy did not want to do a smaller service without fluffing the bill up.
These guys did a great job with looking at my Trax. They were able to answered all my questions and ease my concerns. highly recommended this location!
Fast, friendly, and honest people, great service. It's quite difficult to find a trustworthy, honest shop these days! Thank you guys!!
