This Mavis shop saved the day! My husband and I were in Apopka from Tampa visiting friends and our back left tire air valve broke leaving us with a flat tire on a Sunday. Our car is a Tesla, so no spare. We called Mavis and they told us to bring it in. Tow truck arrived an hour and half later and delivered us to this shop. We were there maybe for 45 mins and they had our tire fixed so we could make it home. The shop personnel were so nice and accommodating to our situation. Took in my 2024 Tesla Y. Received great service!!
I was a repeat customer but.......no more....be cautious. I was quoted one price over the phone for a brake job and then they tried to charge me over $200 more for the same exact service. They know they have you trapped because of a non-refundable $149 "brake inspection charge" that will go towards the brake job. Did I mention non-refundable? Also watch out, the two stores in Apopka are 1/4 mile apart but do not honor the quotes from each other. Beware. I learned my lesson and now they will too, I'm taking my future business... read more
