The service was top notch and my car was done lighting fast. No hassle at all! Logan did a great job walking me through the process which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

The store manager Steve was very helpful and efficient they got my oil change done in about 45 minutes!
Logan Q and his team went above and beyond for me. I came in to get my front/rear rotor and pads replaced on my German vehicle. Despite the technological barriers that the manufacture implement, to minimize 3rd party maintenance, they were able to do an outstanding job. For reference, I was quoted almost $3k at the local German dealership here in Iowa City. Although I brought my own parts(wanted OEM), factoring in the price i paid for that + the labor from Brakes Plus, I paid 50% less than what I was quoted by the manufactur... read more
We stopped by with Logan Quinn for an oil change and told us some minor issues the car had. He took the time to set up for a later date so we could get everything done. We speak English and Spanish and although he doesn’t speak Spanish his reassurance, attention to detail and patience is the reason we felt that we made the correct choice. Brake plus is very blessed to have Logan representing them and we will be coming back! We hope to see him move up in his role in the future!
