I had an outstanding experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the issues without trying to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. James has been working with my schedule for my O2 sensor and it has finally been completed! They took their time and I'm satisfied with their work. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Went in for oil change. Was told it would be $55. Was charged $80.50 because James said it needed more oil, 6 quarts. ..I only have a 4 cylinder engine. PLUS they stole a pair of expensive sunglasses from my vehicle! THIEVES WORK THERE!!!!! BEWARE!
