I had an outstanding experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the issues without trying to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. I usually and have been going here for years now but Not Anymore!!! NO NO I needed a quote for my daughter‘s car and I dropped it off and I came back the next day to pick it up because all I needed really was a quote and diagnostic of the codes now keep in mind I’ve been coming here for years and have given them all my automobile repair needs and also keep in mind. when I drop this off, no one mentioned to me that there would be $160 fee for them to take a look at it and give me an estimate for repairs so to my shock when I ... read more
