Went in for an oil change for same day service. They were able to fit me in same day and also added windshield installation and they fixed one of my sensors that broke off. Really nice guys and super helpful, thank you James and staff!
I had an outstanding experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the issues without trying to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Went in for oil change. Was told it would be $55. Was charged $80.50 because James said it needed more oil, 6 quarts. ..I only have a 4 cylinder engine. PLUS they stole a pair of expensive sunglasses from my vehicle! THIEVES WORK THERE!!!!! BEWARE!
