I had Brakes Plus perform a front end alignment after I change the front struts myself. Mike was very helpful and informed me they also tighten up a couple of bolts I hadn’t tightened up enough. It was a great experience and with that said, I’ll be returning.
Had an excellent experience here the crew was very honest. Brakes plus got me on the road and I had gotten home safely! Thought I just needed an alignment and the crew showed me how I needed more than just that. I had a ball joint that had popped out completely and was not safe to drive on at all. Without them I would have attempted to make a 3 hour drive home. Wonderful customer service and explained everything well.

Tim took care of all A/C maintenance on my wife vehicle and did great service! I had some doubts and questions about the service and Tim was outstanding with getting me to the back and showing me the equipment they used to realize the part that needed to replace being transparent about the issue. Overall great service.
