While shopping for a used car for my 16 year old, I took three different vehicles in to Jamie. Each time she fit us in and let us know exactly what needed to be done for each vehicle. She was forthright, honest and fair, and saved us from making a horrible purchase. I will be taking our vehicles to her at this location for all services from this point forward. Jamie and this Tuffy in general are simply wonderful.

I got there pretty late in the day and had a few questions for the guys so I was a little worried at first. I think any woman who isnt mechically inclined is always a little nervous when walking into a shop.. They were all extremely friendly and really listened to my concerns so that put me at ease really quickly. They found a few things I need to get corrected and made sure to show me the issues and taught me a little to look out for.
