Very good and thorough diagnosis on my ‘99 Crown Victoria!
Slow service, we waited for over an hour for our car to get diagnosed when there were mechanics standing around doing nothing. The staff was not friendly and did not seem to care about wasting time! Did an inspection and charged $65, price should have been told to us upfront. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!
The fellas here went out of their way to figure out what was wrong with our van. Even offered to ferry me home & back after i'd been waiting 4 hrs in shop. Services performed ultimately did not solve the problem, so returned next day to talk more about the issue, which led mechanic to conclusion we have a valve problem... something which doesn't present codes when diagnostics are run.
