All around great, quick service. Scheduled an appointment and like clock work everything happened smoothly and efficiently. Good, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.

Appreciate Jason so much! My mom popped a tire in Birch Run and lucky for us, Tuffy has extended hours on Thursday. They didn’t have a tire in stock but he said if we could bring one with us, he would replace it. After almost an hour of work, he insisted on doing it at no charge. Excellent work and customer service!
We were passing through on a road trip hours from home and ran into the trouble of a flat tire. Pulling in with no warning 20 minutes to close Jason and Leonard took us in, and although we weren't able to get a new tire at the time they were kind enough to stay past close and help us get my spare on and back on the road safely. These guys are amazing and deserve all the business they can get! Thank you guys!
Jason & Jacoby went the extra mile with me on a Sunday mind you to get my car back in good working order by fixing my brakes! Jason quoted a price over the phone & after the inspection & all the work that was done he said it took less time & he knocked money off of the labor cost. So refreshing to meet honest people! Thank you Jason! I know where to take my vehicle in the future!
