Marcus was great both on the phone and in person. He was willing to allow us to drop the vehicle off on short notice and got the tire fixed in a timely manner. Very personable and professional place that I have for both of my vehicles. Highly recommend. Price was very reasonable as well. Had a nail in our tire and they were able to fix it…. For under $50.
The Staff was very helpful and friendly no issues with them …. But I thought the price to change a valve was expensive $$$$$ to the tune of $48.00 So I ask AI what the procedure should cost and the answer I received was between $25 and $30 dollars… my suggestion shop around !
Marcus took great care today, was very kind and respectful! I’ve known the technician James and his wife for years, grew up with them and they are genuinely good people, rare, James is an exceptionally hard working and honest man, didn’t know he worked here till today! DO NOT GO HERE. I originally gave this place 5 stars. I came for an oil change and a tire rotation. While driving after the oil change, I heard a scraping noise and find out that they had forgotten to put the screws back in to hold the splash shield (metal plate). This is already disappointing, but I called and they apologized and said they would fix it. This goes well and I decided to keep my review up. I had a horrible encounter. One of the things I brought my car in for was the right headlight was out. It wasn’t looked at or attended to at all. When I got my car back I reeked of black and mild cigar smell.
