I had my car tolled to Mavis a week ago, the service was bad, the kept my car on the lift for 1 hour and 45 minutes, after telling me over the phone that the tire would by $71 with the total being $94 after installation. After waiting 30 minutes a black guy, (service manager maybe) came in. He later came to me telling me the tire was $91and $24 for something else, he kept adding prices, I let him know what it was told up front, so he said it will be $108 for everything. Ill start with im a manager and i DONT do reviews and i always go over and beyond to tell managers of the POSITIVE things people do whn they do them cuz we mostly hear the negative stuff 99% of the time. HOWEVER, I cant hold this one back.....Taylors SC manager laura is a terrible manager. There is sooo much to say but ill just leave ya with a brief explanation. Brandon, the manager, was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly.
