Made an appointment, but when I arrived I was informed the appointment could not be honored. Asked to come back the next day. Obviously under new management. This seems to be a pattern with Big O Tires. I won’t return to any of their locations.
TL;DR: CLASSIC BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is EXTREMELY predatory and unsafe to trust with your car. I initially dropped my car off for a state inspection, oil change, and to replace 3 flat tires, knowing the vehicle might need further maintenance since it hadn’t been driven in almost a year.
