i am a female college student and the staff at tuffy's was so nice to me. henry explained everything that was wrong with my a/c and he had the part i needed delivered within 5 minutes. i had made an appointment and i didn't have to wait at all. such an amazing experience, i will definitely be going back to tuffy's from now on!
great service they are very low pressure,fair prices, explain every thing (several times to my wife) i don't know how they put up w/ her..... but my whole family goes there and no where else
