I have only been to Tuffy on 2 occasions since I just discovered they are closer than the company I used to use. On both occasions Billy at the front desk was polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Two days ago my car was doing something strange but, since I was driving to a dr appt, I ignored it. When I left the dr office to return home to pick up my husband for his appt, the car was still acting strange. I decided to pull into Tuffy.
