When on the phone with them explaining my problems, they insured they would be able to fix it. I have had three previous Mechanic shops told me the same thing and send me packing with no repair. With a problem existing for almost 2 1/2 years, they were able to repair it in just a couple hours. They kept their word, and I will not be going to a different mechanic shop as long as I live here. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. God bless this shop.
When my car needs service or repair, I always go to this Tuffy. They have a superb service team, and the work is always done right. There are no surprises - they make sure that you understand the work to be done and that you approve it. They are honest and very customer-oriented.
