"Five Stars are not enough for The Team at Tuffy! After another shop's $19.95 repair yesterday morning (08/05/26) failed, my tire was flat again by evening. I pulled into Tuffy's right at closing. They were having troubles with a door and couldn't leave until it was fixed, but instead of turning me away, they stepped up to help. Great service and staff!
Quote I received was around 1k to fix my vehicle. I do not have 1k. So I went in to get my car and the man at the desk was rude about it, I assume because I'm not getting it fixed there. I went to a different place and got a quote for half the price to fix my car, and financing is available. I feel like the man at the counter I interacted with was very short with me and seemed annoyed by my presence. I will likely not go back to Tuffy.
