TERRIBLE ****BEWARE**** PLEASE READ!!! I was in Tuffy on 03/12/2010. There was a loud sound coming from the engine area. They diagnosed my car for having a bad alternator. I spent $180.00 to have an alternator put in. After they replaced the alternator, the sound was still there. I asked the manager, why the sound was still there. He walked out to the mechanic and the mechanic switched his diagnostic by saying its the A/C compressor that was bad. Highland Tuffy on Milford Rd The service here is phenomenal. You will be treated like gold. You will get a very fair price, and your work will be done quickly. You will never go anywhere else to have your auto repaired. They also sell and install tires. You won't be disappointed!!!

These guys are pros...and charitable I've never had major work done here, but their tire prices are very reasonable, and the owners are good people who always help the community. The manager is a good guy who runs the place as efficiently as anyone I've ever seen. The owners are generous, good people who help out alot in the community.

Tires I have gone to Mavis Tires several times to have my tires repaired and have bought 4 tires for my car. The staff their is extremely helpful and very nice.

Bad Service The drop off service doesn't work. I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night. No estimate till 13:00. Only to be finished so late that it couldn't be picked up till after the store closed. That is the last time I will use this company.

Don't Recommend At All!! My husband and I took our SUV there to figure out why it has not been idling normally & a few other problems. They said we needed to do a computer analysis, but didn't bother to mention the price. After it was done & $98.00 later, we left with no work being done to our vehicle & no more information than what we already knew, which was basically to take it to the dealer. Good quick automotive service Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill is a good automotive shop. The staff is very friendly and do not try to push you to get unnecessary services performed. The prices are average for this area.The mechanics are quick with most services to include oil changes and tire repair!

good at tires not mechanic work Took my truck in due to loud noise from inside the cab they advised it was the alternator. They replaced it so I went to pick up and still made the noise so i turned around and went back and they said it was the rear end but the diagnostic said alternator so thats all they did. They did not do a test drive at all which was upsetting. Took to a professional across the street - the dodge dealership. They will cost more but will do it correct. Money down the drain.

Sexist rip-off artists! Bought 4 tires there. One had a bubble on the side a month later, and they told me it was "normal"! They finally replaced it when I threatened to call the Corporate Office. Price quoted to my 80 y/o Mother for bearings was $500 for than other places. They treated me like an idiot, because I'm female. My dad taught me how to do car repairs from the time I was 5 y/o. I rebuilt carbs when I was a teen. These people are sexists who take advantage of women and the elderly. Avoid it!
