Most Honest - Great Service in Cedar Falls – I have to respond to the 1 stars. I have used Tuffy's now for over a decade. In the past two years (as my cars have aged), I have taken them in for: 1) Head Gasket. Greg and his team repaired same day and for $300 less than I was quoted from two other shops. 2) Oil Leak (different car). He said that for the speed of the leak and engine type to not worry about it - just put a quart in ever 3 months. Guess what, NO CHARGE! Warning! – I have given Tuffy's several chances, and they have now lost me as a customer. Going into this shop, Greg and the staff seem like they are a bunch of nice guys who are looking out for your best interests. That keeps up until an oil change turns into a recommendation for an $800 fix (every time). If you do choose to go to Tuffy's and get a recommendation for additional work, make sure that you get it priced by someone else (L&M Transmission does great work). New Problem Every Time – I gave the guys at Tuffy's three chances to get things right but they always manage to send me out with a new problem!!! I'm telling you now that it may cost more but go to the actual dealer of your car and get it done right!!!! Tuffy's is great at making things seem like they aren't there fault and I actually believed them the first two times but THREE TIMES!!!!!! Learn from my stupidity PLEASE!!!!
