I’d like to acknowledge an exceptional employee named Rich. On a scale of 1 to 10 he’s a 20. Very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. My car was damaged at another shop and they sent me to Tuffy to fix it. I was skeptical but after meeting Rich he reassured me that my car would be taken care of and he did a great job.
Liars, Liars, Liars, RIP OFF, Liars, Liars, Money Hungry Thiefs. Thank God we decided to go somewhere else and get 2nd opinion. Failed emission test with 2 codes -- got a quote for 4 parts that supposed leaked. $1500 worth of work. Went to my regular mechanic, who ran a smoke test for FREE and found one leak that caused the failed emission test. TUFFY AUTO PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TRY TO GET LOTS OF $$$ OUT OF YOU. DO NOT GO THERE. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
