The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. Got brake, rotors, and oil changed in about an hour including delivery of parts.
Friendly reliable service. I called mid afternoon for brake work and they were able to offer me a time the very next day. In and out in two hours which included inspection and explanation of work to be done.
Very very friendly! Carefully explained repairs needed after an oil change and kept us fully informed during the inspection process. Will definitely schedule the needed services when we can arrange a good time. Recommend highly.
This is my second time going to BrakePlus at West Des Moines and it did not disappoint. The place is comfortable and welcoming by the technicians there if you need to wait while they are fixing your car. I always have the great experience there. Jim was very respectful and knowledgeable. Speak with him and you will know how knowledgeable he is. I went to fix up a couple of things to have my very long roadtrip. My son who came with me to get my rear brake caliper fixed wanted to say this for the service received "Jim was so nice to me and my mom, He doesn't lie about your safety and tells you what's wrong and gives suggestions about your car and he gave me a donut and there's hot chocolate" I gotta hand it to Jim out here in WDSM, his honesty & not sugar coating what the problem was & what needed to be fixed soon was impeccable.. they gained a new customer today & I'm grateful to have come to this location.
