Christina was my service advisor and her communication was excellent. I have recommended Brakes Plus to others in West Des Moines and I will continue to do so in the future.
Nick showed me what was seriously wrong with my brakes and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also did an excellent job of fixing my car in a timely fashion. Christina was friendly and helpful and kept me informed of progress with my car's repairs.
