Friendly people the guy at the desk very good
Very nice. Came in for oil change.
Tuffys at the Pelham location just lost a customer. I’m sick and tired of that one female that works at the front desk counter area. She got deceitful with me one too many times. I’m tired of her trying to upsell me and she’s constantly trying to get me to pay for repairs I didn’t request for. Don’t tell me the mechanic is finishing up with my repairs when I was just outside taking to him, he was just getting started with it. This place is not only professional and friendly, but their prices are awesome! The digital inspection alone is worth it and they do it free with a service! Go by and see Bryan, Jordan, and Anahi! Trey will take good care of you and your vehicle!
