Polite informative service work
My car had a mechal failure on a Saturday. I brought it into Tuffy 's at Clermont. The gentleman at the counter took care of me immediately. I left my car and went to work. Withing a half hour my car was diagnosed and within 3 hrs. My car was fixed. I have auto repair insurance and I was able to claim all but my deductible. The price was accordance to the insurance rates. I Will return to Tuffy again.
I had my car towed here with a seized up engine. Tuffys reps were very patient and communication was top notch. They guided me over the weeks getting a replacement engine. They spent tireless hours putting in a new engine for my Hyundai Palisade. I wish I could thank them all for all individually for all their hard work- but I know they came together as a team to do this and my family and I are so thankful.
