Julio and team are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Customer service is alive and well at Tuffy.
I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, or that they are upselling just to upsell. They are always honest, sympathetic, and fast! They are great at helping me explain what's going on with my vehicle even when I don't know the vocabulary or parts!
I'm on vacation and a car wouldn't close, they fixed it quickly and a price i was very happy!
