I went to Tuffy earlier this week to get a couple new tires. I had an appointment but still ended up waiting a long time, so unfortunately had to ask them to let me have my car because I had to leave to pick my children up on time. They were very apologetic and made it right when I came back the next day. I was in and out and they provided me with complimentary services that I really needed.
