Sucks bad place to go
10/10 Service and experience from Eric and Ryan. Went above and beyond and got two of my vehicles serviced and completed on the same day with no problems. Recommending to all that I know
I can’t say enough good things about Eric the manager at Tuffy! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out. He was willing to match the price I found for the tire online, which made a huge difference for me. Eric was great! Quickly saved my day with no notice after Flagler Auto left me hanging despite an early appointment. I had taken the morning off of work because Discount Tire Company had broken off a wheel lug stud right before a big trip and had referred me to Flagler Auto so I made an appointment at the beginning of the day. Tuffy took care of it in only about a half hour. Definitely going back to Tuffy next time I have an issue.
Fast, efficient, service! Customer service with utmost professionalism! My go to!
