STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I was having muffler problems out of town so I decided to take a chance with your Tuffy auto Center located on Euclid in Bay City , MI. The service manager, Mike, quickly had the car on a lift and then proceeded t make me wait 20 minutes while he worked up an estimate. When he finished he informed me that my "throttle body was dirty and needed to be cleaned". His evidence was a dirty Q-tip to support this issue. The muffler and carb cleaning would cost $468.00.
