Manager lied and refused to honor coupon. "Best" oil change only good for cheapest. Beware! I bought a coupon for a "Best" oil change as a student at the Southview auction. After an hour and a half, the manager asked to show me all the "problems." He said that I needed to change my pads and resurface my rotors "immediately" (even though I had changed them three months ago), my wiper blades needed to be changed (for "only $30," even though Wal-Mart does this for $6), and my air filter needed to be changed (for "only $50").
