I've been going to Tuffy in Mulberry for about 2.5 years now, with 3 different cars. I have always had a good experience - the people there are very friendly and honest, and the prices are comparable to other places. Usually able to get an oil change in and out in around 30 minutes and they have convenient hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE - they do not know what they are doing and it will be worse when they are done. I am still dealing with them on my alignment that is now worse. My steering wheel is facing at the 9oclock position instead of straight up. The District manager is no better... If I could rate a -10 I would
Terrible service at the Mulberry location...
I had a terrific experience with the staff at Tuffy. J.T., Louis and Harris were very nice and professional. They repaired my car, kept me posted on their progress, and did a terrific job. One of the guys even let me use his personal car to drive while mine was being repaired. They went above and beyond what I expected from a car repair shop. My car is running great and I left a very happy customer :) I highly recommend them. Thanks again to the Tuffy staff... if you read this...Awesome job! See ya soon for an oil change!
