Update- Was Gavin not Devin
Went there to have an alternator replaced and was charged 1100.00 dollars. A week later I had to return because I was having the same issue with the system not charging properly and to the appropriate level. Was told by Devin that everything was fine? Asked him where they got the NEW alternator from and he refused to tell me. There is an advanced auto right across the street but the didn’t get it there. So I believe they messed with the old one? Tremendous blessing! Got stranded in Bay City and had been unable to get an appointment with other shops. Tuffy's team took me right away and began looking at my car immediately, even brought me out to see what was wrong with my car. These guys saved me from losing a wheel out on the highway. Joe, Dwayne, and both Daves worked to get me in and out in amazing time (2-4 guys working on my car at any given time), and even got parts into the shop in an hour. It cost me 314 dollars for a ac recharge, two weeks later I have no air,took it back and they said ot will cost another 300 for a leaking valve, they knew that, they just want you to keep coming back,,very dishonest and unprofessional, I would never recommend ANYONE TO USE MAVIS IN VINELAND
Jack Williams Tire Auto Palmyra Pa obviously put the customer first. They explained to me what work I did not need done on my vehicle & proceeded only with what was necessary. They are honest & took the time to talk to me & understand my vehicle issues. I always use them for all my auto matters and I highly recommend them! Rick has a professional group in the garage!
Stopped by Mavis Tire in Walkertown. I had a tire going flat due to a screw. They got my car in the service bay right away. They repaired my tire in a matter of minutes. I could not ask for a better experience. Staff was super friendly and professional. Special thanks to Elana for recommending Mavis. I will surely visit Mavis again.
Left work with a low tire pressure sensor alert, went straight there and they had me in and out in 30 minutes obviously no appointment, great guys
My wife brought in our car jut for an oil change. Without her asking or giving permission they checked and tried to sell her an air filter, she said no but we have big tree in our front yard that put leaves on hood of car which they let fall in to air intake while trying to sell us something we did not ask for or give permission to do so.
