TLDR version: company shipped incomplete product with a dead bird inside. Unnecessary customer service back and forth. Multiple layers of incompetence Context: Ordered a center console for my jeep. Sent a damaged item missing parts. Accepted my return request. Item sent back a week ago but no return still. Emailed them asking for an update with no response. No Saturday phone support. Overall a very poor experience for a $1,000+ product. Very disappointed
I have purchased many after market parts for vehicles over the years and this has been the most frustrated I’ve ever been. The security drawer I received must have been another customer’s return - scratches everywhere and the drawer would not open and close smoothly. Trying to reach anyone is almost impossible. I ordered an expensive kit from them and it is missing parts. They don't return emails or phone calls. Nobody ever picks up the phone when I call.
