I've had the misfortune of living here for the past year and I have to say it has been a complete nightmare.. The owners are simply looking to make profit off of unsuspecting tenants. When I complained about the cockroaches they said they would only fumigate my apartment, and then never did. They are never available and there is no online service , so you have to drive across Richmond every month to deliver your rent in person.
