When we had issues driving on the turnpike, we called to see if they could help us with a horrible shake in the back end. Upon arrival, they were able to get us right in. They diagnosed the problem promptly and showed us the issue. They were able to get parts and fix the issue so we could make it back home....2 hours away. I used Tuffy on Leona St. for the first time yesterday. I went because I was told that they were fair and honest, which are two things you don't normally find with mechanic shops. They absolutely were fair and honest, did a great job and I will be back!
