We had our struts and shocks replaced about 3 months ago at a different Brakes Plus but still had the same clunking sound in our front suspension system. We went back to that original store three times and never got our issue resolved. This week I went to the Brakes Plus at 18440 Wright St, they took the car for a test drive with me, they heard the issue, did a complete warranty replacement of the front strut assembly and the car now is performing beautifully.
