Called looking to have some boat work done on 2 of my boats and was told to bring them in and they could tell me in 3 weeks if they could work on them
I took my tuffy boat to see about getting my floor replaced. After making an appointment and putting down a deposit I felt fairly comfortable upon my decision to take my boat back to the new factory for a new floor. Later it was discovered I had a broken stringer underneath the floor. Now they were more concerned with how much money the insurance was paying out then properly fixing the boat. I’ve owned 2 Tuffys. They’re amazing boats and beat the top brands in major categories. The amount of space you have in unbelievable compared to Lund. Super durable, and they handle big water with ease. The owner is super friendly and will help you with anything you may need. Next boat will definitely be a Tuffy. ~musky/bass fisherman
The new owners of Tuffy Boats have been great. I have an older Tuffy that I am upgrading and they are quick to answer my questions and always spot on with answers. Top notch service.
