Came in for a leaky tire. Very professional. Very friendly, explained everything well. Will continue to use for future service. -- 2016 update, I have continued to use them for my regular maintenance. They have been very excellent. Upfront about pricing. And very low pressure.
Time and time again either myself or a family member have trusted Hank and Keith and their team to give great service and their honesty is next to none. They give options for remedies of situations and you can choose what best suits you and your financial situation to keep you on the road. I am glad to recommend them to others , as they know we have done. In today's environment it is rare to find such dedicated guys who do the service correct the first time. I happened to stop in because my tire was very low, they were closing but still took the time to inflate my tire until I had time for a more in depth resolution. It was time for my regular oil change so I scheduled it right then and so they can take a look at the leaky tire problem. I returned and was serviced promptly, professionaly and friendly. What a great place! I stopped in to have them look at a tire which had picked up a screw. They took the car right in without an appointment, put sealer in the tire, aired all of the tires including the spare, and had me on my way in no time. This was the first time that I've taken my car to Tuffy, but based on the great experience and the other positive reviews, I'll definitely go back any time my car needs service. I highly recommend this service center!
It's refreshing to find an honest car repair shop! Hank and Keith are very friendly, knowledgable and informative with any issues that your car may have.
