Tuffy is a terrible company, they treat their customers poorly and they rip them off, plain and simple.
I could give a multi paragraph review about the terrible service that happened to me at Tuffys of Riverview on big Bend. I could also leave a terrible multi paragraph review about how corporate does nothing but give you the runaround And avoids calls. Lord help you if Rachel is the person you talk to your problem is not going to get solved. But the most telling for Tuffys as a business is that their corporate is rated 1.5 stars. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM EVEN IF I DISLIKED YOU
I recently had my brakes worked on at the Tuffy shop on De Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral, Fla. I have been a good , long -time customer at this place for a very long time and have always had a lot of satisfaction in knowing that the work there was excellent. However, this past Oct. I had them do the brakes on the front, and very quickly experienced grinding and various other noises or sounds coming from the brakes , this was every time I used the brakes. After calls to Corp..about a local shop and the way we were treated..we took it to the next level. In a nutshell our issue was swept under the carpet. No kind of help or repair of the issue was ever offered. After reading all these other reviews below this place needs to be closed permanently or sold. Take your business elsewhere.
