I had a great experience working with Tuff Truck Parts to install a RetraxPro MX retractable tonneau cover for my Ford F-150. Phil and Lisa make a great team! The customer service was exceptional, from the first phone call working with Lisa to order parts and schedule service, to the installation by Phil and his explanation after the install. Phil even saw some air gaps in my Pro Access tailgate and added additional tailgate seals. They really are good people and I will be back to Tuff Truck Parts for any future needs.
Purchased and got a hard top cover installed on my Toyota Tundra from Tuff Truck Parts. Phil and Lisa we're very helpful throughout the process, I dropped my truck off at 9am and it was completed by 10am. Phil took his time when I came back to pick up truck to show me how the hard top cover worked. If I need any other parts for my truck, I would use Tuff Truck Parts again!
