One of the easiest transactions, I was greeted by Matt while I was being loaded he was super helpful and so accommodating, took us to see their showroom and all their other goodies, I also wanted to add that the quality was awesome, everything was there and the instructions where easy to understand. I purchased the rotisserie and let me tell you this thing will hold a tank, well engineered and well powder coated, I just wanted to say thank you for keeping things simple!
I bought my hoist in 2018 and it’s never let me down ( see what I did there?). All companies are super friendly when you purchase something but the trademark of a superior organisation is its follow up commitment. I had a problem and Steve from the service department helped me problem solve the issue and now I’m back in business again. This was done at 9.00 at night. Don’t underestimate Tiffany, she was extremely helpful too. Thanks guys

Highly recommend tufflift when I found a damaged part on hoist on install I call tufflift lift and they sent me the part under warranty no questions asked
I first purchased my 3 hoists nearly 6 years ago, and had a great experience with tufflift. The hoists have been very good with minimal repairs or maintenance required. But in July last year I had a cable snap and my annual maintenance done. The technician they sent out was severely drug affected, even passing out in his van in the middle of my shop with the engine running. We almost smashed his window and called an ambulance.
