Really disappointed with my experience at Tuff Tires FNQ. What should have been a simple job turned into a frustrating ordeal. Communication was poor from the start — I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. When I finally got my vehicle back, the work was rushed and clearly not up to standard. On top of that, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected better professionalism and care, especially given the prices they charge. Would not recommend, and I definitely won’t be going back.
0 stars if that were an option. Terrible service, rude staff, poorly done work, don’t recommend
