Bought a new boat last fall from a dealership in British Columbia and we had upgraded our trailer to a Tuff Trailer. After receiving our boat I had noticed that the trailer has a gouge on the lower part of the I beam, right from the front to that back. Dealership says they talked to tuff trailer about it and their response was "ya sometimes that happens, there are lots of hands that touch these trailers and there is nothing we can do about it" so that's that I guess!! Glad I was able to pay full price for damaged good's!
RecommendedI replaced an older roller trailer with a new bunked Tuff trailer, I was having launch/recovery problems due to the shallow ramp I use. After discussion with Dan it was decided try something new for Tuff trailers, take the front bunks off and replace with rollers. Wow what a difference the forward rollers make! Very impressed Dan was willing to try something new with a combo roller/bunk trailer, great product and customer service! !

Purchased a new Tuff trailer. Brian and Christine were awesome to work with. Customer service was excellent and hassle free for an outstanding product. The guys in the backyard worked their magic setting up the trailer for my boat.
Our boat trailer was an amazing purchase for us and we travel about 1500 miles a year with our boat in toe and it has never been easier then it is know with this Tuff Trailer. it tracks amazingly well and cares our boat with ease.
Really impressed with the service and knowledge my family received. Highly recommend!
