Joe provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and even helped with permitting issues with the county. The installer, Tim, was excellent as well. Highly recommend Tuff Shed on Williamson Rd. if you’re in the market for one.
We only had 2 walk in gates, no access for a prebuilt shed. Went to se Joe at Tuff Shed, was pleasantly surprised at the price, Joe came to our house & helped design just what we needed. Tim the installer was amazing, actually reworked a couple areas that did not line up correctly, maybe put it together sturdier than a prebuilt shed. Extremely happy with end result. Have already recommended to neighbors who asked.

We had a barn style shed in our backyard that over the years was damaged by the elements. After having it torn down and hauled away, we needed a replacement. After looking around for sheds and not being very pleased with what we’re finding, we decided to stop in at Tuff sheds on Williamson Rd in Roanoke, Virginia. We just LOVE our new Tuff Shed! Joe T (Roanoke) was our sales consultant and walked us thru every step! He kept us posted all of the way thru completion! He was AWESOME!! Then we had Tim that completed the build of the building. FANTASTIC job!! Attention to every detail! So are thrilled that we met up with this company at the Home Show. Having the ability to design ourselves online truly helped with the decision Thank you!
