We just LOVE our new Tuff Shed! Joe T (Roanoke) was our sales consultant and walked us thru every step! He kept us posted all of the way thru completion! He was AWESOME!! Then we had Tim that completed the build of the building. FANTASTIC job!! Attention to every detail! So are thrilled that we met up with this company at the Home Show. Having the ability to design ourselves online truly helped with the decision Thank you!
Went in without an appointment and Joe was very polite and greeted us warmly and was just an all around fantastic individual to do business with! The prices were clear and straight forward and Joe was happy to walk around in the rain to show us the models outside to really get a feel of the different styles! Working with stuff Shed in Roanoke was an extremely negative experience for me. I encountered multiple delays, state management that did not convince me they cared about the aggravations, and multiple failures to get me critical information in a timely fashion. After five months of planning, I canceled the project and will be starting over with someone else.
