We are extremely pleased with our Tuff Shed as well as our experience through the whole process. Joe Traub did a great job helping us to purchase what we needed, explaining everything thoroughly, and supporting us throughout. Tim and his installation crew did a great job. We highly recommend Tuff Shed Roanoke.
I can't say enough about how great Joe was to work with helping me figure out what I wanted. Tim and his crew were also great and Tim even took care of minor picky things after the install. After looking at sheds since 7 years back and deciding on Tuff Shed 5 years ago, I was so pleased I was able to re-visit doing it at an actual Tuff Shed location other than Home Depot because I think there was more personal interaction to talk about options and think it through (for me). Joe provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and even helped with permitting issues with the county. The installer, Tim, was excellent as well. Highly recommend Tuff Shed on Williamson Rd. if you’re in the market for one.
We only had 2 walk in gates, no access for a prebuilt shed. Went to se Joe at Tuff Shed, was pleasantly surprised at the price, Joe came to our house & helped design just what we needed. Tim the installer was amazing, actually reworked a couple areas that did not line up correctly, maybe put it together sturdier than a prebuilt shed. Extremely happy with end result. Have already recommended to neighbors who asked.
