Great product and outstanding customer service.
Vicki did a great job helping us build a custom shed. She explained the process and made the entire situation easy. When we decided to change up the order to a concrete base after the initial order was placed, she made the changes for us with no problem. The quality of the project is top notch and the installers did a great job.
When you have an issue, you can’t get anything fixed. Corporate says they’re gonna take care of it, but they don’t and you fight and you fight. When they come out to build they have local crews, They’re not always the best crews, some of them like to stay on Facebook and smoke cigarettes all day long while they’re building your Tuff Shed makes you feel real good inside doesn’t it?
