Based on units I had seen at friends houses and after inspecting a sample unit at a Home Depot, I decided to purchase a Tuff Shed and called them directly. Mr Gary Jaynes answered their sales line an took the time to walk me through designing exactly what I wanted! He was most helpful in explaining the different features of a tuff Shed and what makes them stand apart from competitors. I would like to start by saying that Gary Jaynes did a fantastic job in keeping me in formed through the whole build from start to finish. He worked with me on all my ad-ons that I needed. The process that Tuff Shed uses, is great and went very smooth. The scheduled build date was sooner than expected by about 3 weeks. Horrible customer service. I have been working with Austin and not pleased. They started my shed on 1 Feb 2021 and it is still not finished. Twice now Austin has scheduled the crew to come out and finish painting my shed and both times were no shows. I have emailed and called but no replies. Not worth the frustration.

BEWARE BEWARE! Just had Tuff Shed haul away their garbage! They brought me a warped, rotted, split, broken, molded Shed for $3k!!!!! What you see at the show room is NOT what you get. What Johnathan and Gary at sell you is not what you get either. U can tell them blue in the face on measurements BUT you will not receive that. The shed is built at Tuff Shed by Rusty. Materials used by Rusty are junk! Not sure if they get a discount from HD for purchasing the junk pieces no one wants. Then they send contractors wearing flip fl... read more
