On the Tuff Shed website, Notorious shows up as a medium brown color. On our shed, it is a light grey. We told the installation workers our concern that same day. Our point of contact who sold the shed to us forwarded our call to multiple different departments, without taking any level of responsibility for the issue. We’ve gone back and forth with Tuff Shed over the last few weeks and learned today that they want to charge us $250 to repaint the shed a brown color. This is the worst place to get a shed from. TYE is the worst contact person/supervisor. The company will not follow up with the customer. The people they have come out to your house to build shed are very unprofessional. My shed was built different from what I paid for. And to get any response to emails or call is impossible. I would not do business with this company.
