Just ordered my new shed. Kyle was very helpful with what add-ons I should do and what I didn't need to do. I'm very excited about getting my new shed! Although..... things have gone very poorly since I gave this review and paid my deposit. Have heard from anyone for weeks and the one guy that did come out said the shed won't fit where I want it to and no one has called me or offered my downpayment back.
Ordered a shed for my WV property. The installer done a poor job at blocking up the shed. Used untreated wood and some of my 15+ year old 1x6 deck boards that I used to show where I wanted the shed. They were also protruding pretty far out of the shed bottom. They sent a 2nd installer out which fixed the blocking. Wasn't sure why they added the center support and says it wasn't needed nor was even touching the ground. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with the sales rep Kyle Troutman! It's refreshing to meet with a sales rep who is helpful and gives great advice without being pushy. We went in with the idea of what we wanted, and Kyle helped us see what we needed (saved us in the long run!). Our shed is scheduled to be built on 8/8/25, and I cannot wait to see the finished product.
