I didn't end up buying a Tuff Shed. But—that isn't gonna stop me from giving them a 5-star review. I worked with Kyle to envision my shed—he helped me figure out all the details and got me a very competitive quote. He was always available and hit me back super quickly... if all reps were that awesome, the would would be a whole lot better. I'd definitely consider using Tuff Sheds in the future - and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
Worked with Kyle from start to finish and it was 5-star all the way. My shed was installed today and it looks and works great. I thought about building my own but the process was painless and I’m glad I chose Tuff Shed. Don’t hesitate!
Great experience from beginning to end. Kyle was very helpful explaining all the options. I upgraded from what I originally planned, but I could not be happier with my choices. I am glad Kyle showed me the pros and cons of each. As for the installers, again could not be happier. It was a husband and wife team. They worked great together and kept me informed every step of the way. I am sure I will be enjoying this shed for many years to come.
Great experience with Tuff Shed thanks to Kyle Troutman! Kyle is very easy to work with, and has been very responsive throughout the whole process. Although we’re in the beginning phases of our build, he definitely puts my mind at ease when I have questions (options available, timeline, permitting). We recommend Kyle to everyone, and will contact him again should we ever move and need another building or shed! :)
