They sold me a small house that was stolen and in the end they installed it themselves and they picked it up and in the meantime I lost 3000 dollars all for doing business with it and therefore I do not recommend it
I didn’t think I’d be able to put a shed in my backyard, but Glen took care of everything — letters and legal documentation for the HOA and guidance through the entire process from paint and measurements to shelving. Knowledgeble with an easy manner in explaining how TuffShed does things a bit different, and better than most other shed manufacturers. He explained the models available and helped guide me to the product that served my purpose. The delivery was in less than 2 weeks (no permit needed), and the construction crew was outstanding. I haven’t purchased yet, but when I’m ready, I will absolutely be going back to Kristen Bascom. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient—taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The experience alone was enough to earn my trust.
