Cancelled my install at the last minute because "it was hot" and the guys didn't show up for work. A week went by, no call, no reschedule.
You would think when you buy the shed from Home Depot, they would vet these companies HD does business with. I should have read the reviews before I signed off with Tuff Shed of Baltimore. Most of the negative complaints are focused around the install office team. So far this has been a disappointment in communications with the install team.
