Process was easy and quick. Product is great. A small issue during installation, but Tuff Shed made sure it was taken care of. Very professional.
Best shed on the market . Staff was outstanding , my designer James Crawford was very helpful , communication excellent and knows his product . Installers were friendly and fast , built in one day ! I can't say enough about how General Manager Tim handled a minor glitch that was handled far beyond my expectations , Thanks Tim and James .
I just had a shed built in my backyard. It is my second shed purchased from Tuff Shed. I am so very pleased with the Clearstory model. It has exceeded my expectations. That said, what truly impressed me was the efficiency and speed the men took to build the shed. They wasted no time to unload and begin building immediately. Cancelled my install at the last minute because "it was hot" and the guys didn't show up for work. A week went by, no call, no reschedule.
