Called in with quite a few questions since my needs for sheds are wide ranging and will need to serve multiple purposes through different seasons. David was helpful and patient, leading me to the options that will best suit the needs of my property. Good service is always worth a good review! Great experience purchasing my first tuff shed, hopefully I bought enough to not need another but if I do, I know where to go. Daniel Mendoza was kind enough to step back in after locking up to step out for lunch; he delayed his lunch and got me with a barn style 10x12, everything went smooth from customization, payment, install/setup, everything came exactly as I expected and I’m really enjoying my new shed. David was very professional. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. He came and assured the priory was ok to make the purchase.
Daniel Mendoza helped my mom, she speaks Spanish primarily and he was very helpful. She says he was kind, friendly, and helpful. He was patient and explained everything well. He helped set her up for financing and was very upfront and honest about the whole process. She says she is very satisfied with the service. I love my Tuff Sheds. I have had them for over 10 years and they are still in great condition. I misplaced my keys and David was very helpful in picking up an extra pair for me.
