Great job with the Tuff Shed, including follow-up support!!!
Expressing my frustration regarding the incomplete installation and poor service following the delivery of my Tuff Shed on Monday, August 24th. Before leaving the site, the installer applied a significant amount of white caulking to the front of the shed and the side air vent. I was assured this would dry clear, but it remains white. Furthermore, the installer did not leave the promised touch-up paint. Tammy is amazing and made sure I got everything just the way I wanted.
Just bought a Shed from Tammy at Tuff Shed, she is over the top in her knowledge, very helpful and a very nice person to work with. The install group she put together was Russ, Raymond and Jose from Tuff Shed. Not only did they do a great job, they kept me posted as to where they were with the project and when they were going to be finished. Very polite guys and cleaned up to make it like they were never there. Just an awesome sales person and amazing installers. Would highly recommend buying a Tuff Shed.
