Purchased a 8x15ft shed at Tuff Shed Riverside. I was initially helped out by Sean who was great. The rest of my experience was with Diego who also provided great customer service. They are both very knowledgeable and quickly responded to any questions I had. I purchased the shed and within a couple of days it was installed. Overall, my experience with tuff shed so far has been great!
We’re very happy with our shed and Diego made the whole process really easy. He came to our home to check out the location for the shed to make sure it would work and brought samples of paint colors so that we could pick the colors that would best complement our site. The shed was installed just a few days after we ordered it. The installers also did a great job getting it completely level. Very satisfied with the whole process.
I am so impressed with our entire experience. Diego Virgen at the showroom helped us create a custom shed so easily. Days later, the exact shed we created was installed. The process was efficient, and seamless, the quality is great and I cannot speak for more highly for the team that made this happen so easily. Thanks!
DIEGO VIRGEN at the Riverside location was excellent!!! PERFECT customer service and the unit was delivered and built exactly as advised. I recommend TUFF SHED to everyone.
